The Association shall not in any way be responsible or liable for any accident or injury caused to any person or their property, whilst in or about the exercise of the privileges hereby granted.
Some waters have designated Car Parking Areas. Vehicles and property are left in those areas at the owner(s) risk. Always close all gates and leave no litter.
Risk of Electrocution
DO NOT FISH UNDER POWER LINES OR WITHIN 30 METRES EITHER SIDE OF THEM. TAKE SPECIAL CARE WHENEVER YOU ARE CLOSE TO POWER LINES. REMEMBER YOU DO NOT HAVE TO TOUCH THE POWER LINE TO BE KILLED.
