Fly Fishing Lake
The club operates a fly fishing section which is open to all members. However, as the fish are taken, there is an extra charge, which varies depending on how many fish you expect to catch in the season. NO NIGHT FISHING
The section lake is at Hanson’s Works, Walton Lane, Barton Under Needwood.
Turn into the Hanson’s entrance - on the right, 200 yards after leaving the Barton roundabout towards Walton. Follow the road for some distance - beware the road humps. Look for the signs for our car park.
This water is bank fishing only with no wading. The site is fairly flat in places with good parking close to the lake.
