Errors with Online renewals – BMAA Updated 21st June
We are aware that the online payment system has caused a few issues, I have processed all the refunds that I am aware of. Please check and advise me if you feel that you have been charged twice and I will sort your refund. Equally we have now switched off the auto renewal to prevent this happening in the future.
Any overpayment will be repaid as a refund – sorry for the confusion.
All refunds are now being done by our secretary.
Nobody else is able to sort refunds.
Anybody who has been double charged, or had money taken for night permits etc is to contact Roy Sutton on: Email address – [email protected]
It will help if you advise your membership number.
This is the only way we can progress, email only. We cannot trawl through Facebook, messenger, WhatsApp, phone calls and texts without making mistakes.
In summary if you have been charged incorrectly contact us on the email address above and we will sort the refund.
